Join Silfab Solar as a Production Operator II on our day shift in Burlington, where you will play an essential role in the production of high-quality solar modules. This position involves operating multiple assigned roles and performing various tasks safely and efficiently to ensure optimal production outcomes. Your responsibilities may include placing and testing electrical components, cleaning finished products, and loading raw materials into machines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate automatic and semi-automatic machines in accordance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of workstations and machinery.
- Assemble and test components, ensuring compliance with specified requirements.
- Conduct basic electrical and continuity testing on electronic components and systems.
- Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
- Verify final assembly for proper finishing, labeling, and packaging techniques.
- Execute additional tasks as directed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
