Required Skills:Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity, with the ability to distinguish colors. Proficient in reading, understanding, and following work instructions in English. Intermediate computer skills; capable of analyzing and interpreting data readouts. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with supervisors, coworkers, and team leaders. Adept at problem-solving and troubleshooting basic machinery issues. Soldering experience is a plus. Desired Traits:Willingness to learn and be coached. Reliable with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality. Team-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction. High attention to detail. Proactive in problem-solving. Commitment to continuous learning. Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds independently and team lift objects weighing approximately 60 pounds.

Join Silfab Solar as a Production Operator II on the Night Shift, where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of multiple assigned tasks and projects. Your responsibilities will include the precise placement and testing of electrical components, meticulous cleaning of finished products, and loading of raw materials into various machines to maintain optimal production quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate both automatic and semi-automatic machines in accordance with Standard Work Instructions (SWI).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and machinery.
  • Assemble and conduct tests on components to ensure they meet specified requirements.
  • Perform basic electrical and continuity testing on electronic components and systems.
  • Identify and label acceptable and defective assemblies.
  • Verify final assembly for quality, labeling, and packaging.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures.
