Qualifications
Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in solar or renewable energy production. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
