Collaborating with our talented team of six, you will significantly contribute to the advancement of drone technology.Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders from both production and development teams, aiming to elevate our manufacturing processes and support our rapid growth trajectory. By optimizing production methods and developing new testing capabilities, you will play a vital role in Quantum Systems' mission to set the standard for aerial data collection solutions using unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).Your Daily Responsibilities:Design and implement test stands for production and our suppliers.Lead optimization projects within the production environment.Develop work instructions and testing protocols for production.Conduct root cause analyses for production challenges.Create tests using LabView/TestStand for components and assemblies.Act as a liaison between development teams and production departments.
