Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in L2/L3 production support or a similar capacity. Strong expertise in Linux with a solid grasp of system internals. Intermediate skills in Windows Server administration, covering OS configuration, service management, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in scripting using Linux shell or PowerShell. Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and ability to craft complex SQL queries. Familiarity with application servers like Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, or JBoss. Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Grafana and Zabbix. Understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD pipelines. Good knowledge of SSL certificate management. Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proactive ownership of production delivery with the ability to work independently. Willingness to participate in on-call support as required. Professional proficiency in English and French.
