As a Production Team Leader, you will guide the operations on the shop floor and contribute to the development of a stronger production organization.
The production facility in Kampen is on the brink of a new phase, with a revamped production setup and enhanced leadership on the floor. Your active participation can make a significant impact.
The Role
In collaboration with a fellow team leader, you will oversee the daily management of approximately 60 employees within an international production environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring clarity, establishing clear agreements, and maintaining stability on the shop floor. In your shift (morning or evening), you will drive safe and efficient production in line with quality standards. You will monitor performance based on SQDC objectives, optimize the deployment of personnel and machinery, and intervene during disruptions. Additionally, you will ensure an appropriate distribution of staff across machines and keep the skills matrix updated. A clear responsibility for team development is also paramount.
You will conduct coaching and development discussions while actively monitoring performance;
Encourage broader versatility and rotation among production staff;
Guide absenteeism processes while maintaining a focus on health and safety;
Contribute tangibly to the continued professionalization of the production organization and the implementation of the Carlisle Operating System.
In this position, you will work closely with the Operations Manager, Process Engineers, Maintenance, Quality, and Planning teams. You will report directly to the Operations Manager.
