Role overview
The Products Analyst II joins the Global Products team in Belo Horizonte. This role centers on shaping strategy and managing the development and lifecycle of international products. The analyst will help build offerings aimed at Brazilian and Argentine clients with international needs, as well as residents in the United States. Success is measured by profitability and market fit.
Main responsibilities
- Research and analyze the needs of Brazilian clients with global profiles (such as dollar accounts) and US residents. Identify market opportunities and validate product hypotheses.
- Develop a clear product vision that supports Inter's broader strategy and objectives, guiding product development.
- Define the product roadmap and backlog. Balance immediate and long-term goals, prioritize high-impact features, and coordinate priorities with stakeholders in UX, IT, legal, Growth, and other teams.
- Engage and manage multidisciplinary stakeholders, including clients, UX, IT, legal, Growth teams, executives, and suppliers. Balance expectations and ensure ongoing product support.
- Set metrics and indicators to monitor product health, performance, and success. Use these insights to guide improvements and future development.
