Position Overview
We invite you to become a vital part of our groundbreaking Autonomous Surface Vessel (ASV) program as a Program Analyst. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the program's success by translating technical and qualitative customer objectives, milestones, and deliverables into strategic roadmaps and actionable tasks across various teams at Saronic. Your expertise will be essential in program management, project management, and fostering customer engagement as you immerse yourself in our commercial or government initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive program execution, streamline processes, and proactively manage risks in a fast-paced environment.
Core Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead both short-term and long-term projects that implement customer deliverables, enhancing team processes and shaping enterprise-wide program strategies.
Customer Engagement: Serve as a reliable point of contact for customer representatives, assisting program managers in planning, tracking, and communicating milestones and solutions.
Program Performance Monitoring: Assess and monitor program performance metrics related to cost, schedule, and quality to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze program data and produce comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to support informed decision-making by program leadership and stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identify and evaluate program risks, both technical and process-related, collaborating with teams to develop effective mitigation strategies. Demonstrate high performance and independence in resolving risks to ensure mission success for Saronic’s clients.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work alongside engineering, operations, quality assurance, software, and mission operations teams to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain program alignment.
Process Enhancement: Lead internal initiatives to implement improvements in program management processes, tools, and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
