As the Program Director for Public Works at CESO, you will play a pivotal role in expanding and sustaining our regional market presence. You will be entrusted with the growth of client accounts, developing and implementing strategies that meet client needs while introducing additional services. Your responsibilities will include coordinating client activities, monitoring and forecasting program performance, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Moreover, you will be instrumental in training and developing team members, identifying potential leaders for advanced roles.
