Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Team Collaboration: Engage with diverse teams and projects, gaining valuable insights into various stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch.User-Centered Research: Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather actionable insights that drive product enhancements.Service Blueprinting & Journey Mapping: Analyze and document user journeys, identifying areas for improvement in both customer-facing and internal processes.Interaction & Visual Design: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups that align with our brand identity and meet user expectations.Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, developers, operations, and leadership to ensure cohesive service delivery and memorable user experiences.Iterate & Validate: Present findings and innovative solutions, solicit feedback, and refine service concepts based on real-world validation and performance metrics.Ongoing Learning: Benefit from mentorship, participate in training programs, and develop expertise in service design methodologies, strategic thinking, and innovation.
