Join our innovative team as a Program Management Engineering Manager at SanDisk. We are looking for a driven and seasoned Program Manager who will spearhead our initiatives in enhancing factory yield, addressing customer and engineering requests, unveiling cost-reduction opportunities, and promoting quality improvement efforts. You will monitor demand and supply forecasts while managing product health from its launch to end-of-life.
In this role, you will serve as the Lead for the Sustaining Core Team, necessitating excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt while collaborating with various teams across engineering, operations, and contract manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:
- KPI Performance Ownership: Oversee end-to-end KPI performance including product yield, Manufacturing Lead Time (MLT), On-Time Delivery (OTD), and Demand & Supply Forecast. Provide strategic direction and support to KPI owners to bridge performance gaps while maintaining dashboards for executive-level updates.
- Material Enablement Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to introduce new or alternate site materials, ensuring stakeholder alignment and project milestone execution.
- Sustaining Product Enablement: Chair meetings focused on sustaining products, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and site readiness.
- Customer Requirement Execution: Transform customer-specific needs into actionable engineering solutions, managing changes effectively.
- End-of-Life Management: Initiate and lead EOL meetings with stakeholders, mitigate risks associated with excess inventory, and ensure seamless transitions.
