About the IT Planning Team The IT Planning Team Leader at Toss Bank leads the IT Planning Team within the CTO's IT Planning Tribe. This group shapes and manages IT policies, strategies, budgets, and compliance, serving as a core part of the IT Planning Tribe. The role involves designing and maintaining IT internal controls and compliance frameworks that meet financial regulations such as the Electronic Financial Transactions Act. Collaboration spans infrastructure, development, security, and auditing teams. Main Responsibilities Update internal policies and guidelines to reflect changes in laws like the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and the Electronic Financial Supervisory Regulation, and oversee related processes. Develop annual IT management plans and long-term strategies in line with company goals, including review of infrastructure investments. Manage advisory committees under the CTO, such as the IT Investment Review Board and IT Internal Control Committee. Prepare and oversee reports for the Financial Supervisory Service (FSS), including IT sector plans, electronic financial business reports, and executive reports. Coordinate with relevant organizations during major projects and maintain communication with the FSS and other external agencies. Supervise the full lifecycle of IT projects, resolving issues as they arise. Respond to external audits and certifications, including those from the Bank of Korea/FSS, accounting system audits, and ISO certifications. What We Look For Extensive experience in IT planning within the financial sector, covering compliance, internal controls, or management planning. Strong understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act and the Electronic Financial Supervisory Regulation is highly valued. Hands-on experience in system operations control or program change control is preferred. Background in responding to audits and certifications from bodies such as the FSS, accounting system audits, and ISO certifications is a plus. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams in infrastructure, development, security, and auditing. Additional Preferred Experience Experience drafting and presenting reports for executives or regulatory agencies. Proven ability to manage IT projects from start to finish, including leading large project launches. Experience establishing or improving control procedures to comply with FSS IT guidelines.
