Over 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years managing asynchronous and distributed teams. A Bachelor’s degree is required, coupled with a minimum of 5 years supporting the Air Force in technology transition and commercialization through the SBIR/STTR program. In-depth knowledge of technology development and commercialization processes. Proven ability to align personnel with dynamic goals and objectives. Skilled in executing multiple tasks concurrently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management. A collaborative and engaging demeanor. Outstanding work ethic and excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.

BryceTech is seeking skilled Program Management Support personnel to spearhead a dynamic team and assist the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Department of the Air Force in managing programmatic initiatives while delivering strategic insights. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO) and should possess a robust understanding of technology development and commercialization processes, enabling them to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a geographically distributed team effectively.
  • Design and implement training programs tailored for a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee task management and coordinate with team leads.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of concepts of operations (CONOPs), translating them into actionable plans and identifying gaps.
  • Facilitate strategic decision-making and policy reviews in alignment with the AF SBIR PMO.
  • Identify and enact continuous process improvements to meet performance objectives.
  • Drive organizational change initiatives as required, ensuring seamless transitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supervise the successful execution of programmatic initiatives and activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with program goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, representing BryceTech in all engagements.
  • Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational capabilities, initiative, follow-through, and adaptability to changing requirements.
