Qualifications:10+ years of experience, including at least 5 years managing asynchronous and distributed teams. Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the Air Force in technology transition and commercialization via the SBIR/STTR program. Deep understanding of technology development and commercialization processes. Proven ability to align personnel with dynamic goals and objectives. Skilled in executing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of management. A collaborative and engaging disposition. Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and superior written and verbal communication abilities. Active Secret Clearance is required.

BryceTech is seeking dynamic Program Management Support personnel to guide a team in enhancing programmatic initiatives within the Air Force Research Laboratory's Department of the Air Force. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Air Force Small Business and Innovation Research Program Management Office (PMO), leveraging a robust understanding of technology development and commercialization processes to facilitate impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a geographically diverse team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Identify and implement training requirements across a mixed team to enhance capabilities.
  • Manage task assignments and coordinate with team leads to ensure project success.
  • Analyze concepts of operations (CONOPs), translating them into actionable plans while identifying operational gaps.
  • Drive strategic decision-making and policy reviews aligned with the AF SBIR PMO directives.
  • Recognize and implement continuous process improvements to meet performance objectives.
  • Facilitate organizational change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions in a dynamic environment.
  • Oversee the execution and effectiveness of programmatic initiatives and activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with program goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and represent BryceTech in engagements.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities, initiative, and adaptability to changing conditions.
