BryceTech is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Program Manager to join our team in support of the Space Systems Command MilComm & PNT (SSC/CG) Directorate. This role involves overseeing a wide array of acquisition capabilities, aimed at executing efficient and responsive integrated program management for space-related research, development, production, operations, maintenance, and lifecycle acquisition activities. The SSC/CG Directorate plays a crucial role in the planning, acquisition, and sustainment of space-enabled MilComm & PNT capabilities for National and Joint Force Operations. As a Program Manager, your contributions will provide actionable insights, advice, and analyses to optimize acquisition support and standardize best practices, ultimately reducing waste and cycle times.
In this position, you will be responsible for various management and administrative roles to ensure the smooth operation of organizational activities. Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing business operations by analyzing and integrating technical acquisition artifacts at an enterprise level.
- Maintaining the development, documentation, transition, and sustainment of functional databases to align with mission requirements and acquisition strategies.
- Supporting all phases of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process for effective program management.
- Preparing acquisition reporting materials, including program overviews, executive summaries, milestone status updates, and assessments of program health.
- Overseeing research and analytical efforts to ensure comprehensive results and adherence to the analysis milestone plan.
- Coordinating and managing SSC/CG senior staff visits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of required documentation.
- Providing guidance to the contractor team regarding the release of SSC/CG program information to external stakeholders.
- Leading the drafting, editing, and quality assurance of articles, speeches, and testimonies, ensuring alignment with communication goals.
- Supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS) through requirements definition, case development, implementation, and closure.
- Managing automated data processing equipment (ADPE) tracking and performance management functions across the directorate.
