The Program Manager will be integral in ensuring the timely execution of all contract tasks, deliverables, financial management, resource allocation, and overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in managing large government contracts, overseeing proposals and acquisitions, and demonstrate a strong business acumen alongside proven skills in high-level program implementation within dynamic environments.

  • Oversee daily management of comprehensive contract support operations across multiple projects and locations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for customer interactions, ensuring alignment with customer priorities and mobilizing Credence resources to meet contractual obligations.
  • Guarantee the quality and timely delivery of all contractual outputs, striving for “Exceptional” performance ratings on Contract Performance Assessment Reports (CPARs).
  • Monitor team activities, identifying potential risks and opportunities, and proactively implement strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Update stakeholders on project status, plans, challenges, and corrective actions, effectively responding to guidance to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Recruit and maintain a staff of highly qualified professionals to deliver exceptional service that surpasses customer expectations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and make necessary adjustments to team composition as needed.
  • Advocate for team members’ needs and maintain robust client relationships to explore growth opportunities.
  • Manage program budgets and funding sources, ensuring accountability for meeting established program goals and objectives.
  • Analyze and manage program risks while producing detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular program meetings with contracting parties and customers.
  • Possess technical capabilities to draft proposals, respond to contracting officer inquiries, and develop tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
