ABOUT THE JOB
We are on the lookout for a Program Manager to join our expanding Air Defense team, which is tasked with deploying Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) capabilities globally. This position is ideally suited for a seasoned operator who will help scale our domestic, civilian, and commercial operations.
Implementing CUAS capabilities in the United States necessitates a blend of technical expertise, operational excellence, and regulatory knowledge. Our systems must operate in harmony with civilian air traffic while adhering to federal, state, and local regulations governing counter-drone operations. Clients rely on our precise execution, compliance with regulations, and professional deployment in settings where safety, legal authority, and public trust are paramount.

You will act as the operational authority for domestic Air Defense deployments, ensuring that systems, personnel, training, documentation, and regulatory standards are aligned for mission success. You will establish effective deployment processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, and champion the operational readiness of our Air Defense systems.
