We are seeking a dedicated and organized Program Manager II to join our team as a Harvest Project Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, along with relevant work experience. Strong organizational abilities and exceptional communication skills are essential for success in this role.
As a Harvest Project Specialist, you will oversee the systems flow into harvest and coordinate system testing in the field. Collaborating closely with GEHC employees, you will play a key role in planning and executing harvest processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with Field Engineers to facilitate system testing during system de-installation.
2. Retrieve Line of Sight (LOS) files for potential harvest systems.
3. Collaborate with the item integrity team to optimize used part setups.
4. Maintain and update the harvest master parts list, communicating changes to the global harvest team.
5. Partner with the Harvest Project Leader to gather critical data such as Bill of Materials, drawings, and extraction results.
6. Serve as a liaison with the Asset Recovery team to ensure alignment between yield and system purchase price, while maintaining Intelligent Blue Book (IBB) calculators.
Quality Specific Goals:
1. Adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the designated deadlines.
3. Proactively identify and report any quality or compliance concerns, taking immediate corrective action as needed.
