- Manage and enhance the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, recognizing each phase as part of a unified program.
- Create and sustain documentation systems, process workflows, and program frameworks that evolve with the company's growth.
- Design, implement, and scale employee programs ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across various teams and locations.
