ProSidian is actively seeking a Program Manager (PM) for Communications Support Services to provide program support on an Exempt 1099 Contract. This position is based in the Fort Belvoir, Virginia area and offers full-time employment opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic United States (CONUS Region). The Program Manager will support the Army Reserve headquarters in managing strategic communications, public affairs, outreach, and leadership messaging within a secure federal environment.
We are looking for candidates with extensive experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector, particularly those with functional and technical expertise to engage with our clients, including USAR and OCAR. JOB OVERVIEW
The Program Manager will lead efforts to enhance secure mission communications and program delivery, ensuring that leaders, Soldiers, families, and stakeholders are effectively connected through consistent Army Reserve messaging. The role requires planning, developing, managing, and executing messaging and engagement activities to support the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager (PM) | Communications Support Services
The Program Manager will oversee the full performance of the contract, managing scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality. This individual will act as the primary liaison to the KO/COR, supervise the engagement team, and ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP), FAR, and Army policies.
This position is based at or near Fort Belvoir, Virginia, specifically at the Office of the Chief Army Reserve (OCAR), located at 6075 Goethals Rd., Fort Belvoir, VA 22060.
