Coast Guard (USCG) and requires expertise in change management, analytics, and portfolio governance.
Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience in the Defense and Security sectors, with a strong emphasis on both functional and technical areas to support professional services engagements for clients such as the USCG. This role encompasses a contract contingent or contract W-2 position within the Program & Project Management discipline, with the potential for conversion to a full-time W-2 role at ProSidian.
Job Overview
The selected Program Manager will provide comprehensive services in the Defense and Security Industry Sector, focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients like the U. S. Coast Guard (USCG) - Personnel Service Center (CG-PSC). The role entails fostering organizational transformation, strategic execution, and mission-support modernization within a federal civilian/military environment, emphasizing outcomes such as adoption, alignment, performance enhancement, and decision quality.

The Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR), overseeing all contractor activities, providing day-to-day management, and delegating responsibilities during absences. The role is accountable for contract-wide execution and integration across various business lines.
Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as the primary contractor point of contact for KO/COR; managing communications, tasking, and issue resolution.
- Planning, executing, and controlling work across multiple CG-PSC business lines while maintaining an integrated master schedule and priorities.
