Role overview
The Program Manager, Sales Operations, is based in Bellevue and works closely with the Regional Vice President. This position focuses on turning strategic objectives into practical plans and making sure initiatives move forward as intended. Collaboration with Sales Managers, Agent Experience, and Marketing Advisors is key to advancing regional goals and producing measurable outcomes.
What you will do
- Act as the main partner to the Regional Vice President in delivering on regional objectives.
- Translate strategic discussions into actionable plans, assigning ownership and setting deadlines.
- Track progress and maintain accountability across field teams.
- Spot and address execution gaps as they come up.
- Lead cross-functional projects that drive agent growth and increase adoption of the Compass platform.
- Enhance operational efficiency and scalability throughout the region.
- Support the Regional Vice President and Director of Operations in regional management and ongoing improvements.
- Encourage clear communication and alignment between leadership and field teams.
