Role Overview The Vice President, Store Development for North America leads Arc’teryx’s retail growth and optimization across Canada and the United States. This executive role oversees all aspects of store development, including design, construction, lease administration, and site assessment. The VP ensures that store projects meet quality standards, stay on schedule, and remain within budget, while carefully evaluating new lease commitments for accuracy and competitiveness.
