Northstrat is on the lookout for a dedicated Program Scheduler who excels in communicating program plans and statuses to the Program Manager. In this vital position, you will serve as the scheduling expert, offering strategic guidance on all scheduling matters, particularly within an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) framework. Collaborating with the team, you will create and sustain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that effectively visualizes and manages project dependencies and complexities.

This role demands adaptability in a dynamic environment, allowing for the swift development of project roadmaps, establishing critical milestones, and implementing progress tracking metrics. Your success will hinge on your ability to ensure schedule integrity, uphold DCMA 14-Point Assessment standards, and lead scheduling projects to triumphant conclusions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a program-level, resource-loaded IMS that encompasses major milestones, deliverables, and Work Package/Planning Package structures.
  • Define methodologies for the implementation of giver/receiver and inter-schedule dependencies.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in defining project tasks, establishing task durations, defining relationships, and imposing constraints while ensuring Critical Path Method (CPM) integrity.
  • Coordinate and uphold an integrated project and activity schedule across all offices, ensuring consistency between the IMS and the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
  • Recommend processes that will enhance Integrated Scheduling and conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) to evaluate the impacts of changes on program delivery.
