As a key member of our team reporting to the Senior Manager of Client Services, you will be pivotal in nurturing post-sales client relationships. Your role will focus on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, managing campaigns, boosting client retention, and identifying account expansion opportunities. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams, you will maximize the campaign ROI for our clients. This position will leverage your expertise in RTB/Programmatic media buying to optimize campaigns and devise innovative solutions, ensuring client satisfaction with their campaign performance.
 
StackAdapt operates on a Remote First model, with a preference for candidates based in Germany for this role. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple verticals.
  • Craft tailored campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform.
  • Ensure client campaign success by providing regular performance reports, strategic recommendations, and optimizations to achieve defined KPIs.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting.
  • Drive commercial impact by identifying upsell opportunities, assessing renewal risks, and exploring potential revenue growth areas.
  • Analyze campaign data to provide informed recommendations and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Lead both in-person and virtual client meetings, presentations, training sessions, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, offering thought leadership and guidance to help clients scale their businesses.
  • Travel to meet clients as needed, including hosting meetings, agency visits, and client events.
