The EMEA Creative & Media team brings together media professionals from diverse backgrounds, including Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists, Account Managers, Media Planners, and Marketing Automation Consultants. This group blends creative storytelling with performance strategies and advanced technology to build digital experiences for clients such as Logitech, Just Eat Takeaway, Foot Locker, and Meta.

Role overview

The Programmatic Lead shapes the direction of DEPT®’s programmatic team and supports business growth. This role guides clients through the programmatic advertising landscape, ensuring digital media procurement aligns with marketing objectives at every stage of the funnel. The position covers both real-time bidding and guaranteed publisher deals, always focusing on selecting the best channels for client needs.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver programmatic buying services for clients.
  • Take overall commercial responsibility for the team’s growth.
  • Set ambitious goals, develop strategies to reach them, and ensure client targets are met efficiently.
  • Lead and improve operational methods within the Programmatic team.
  • Collaborate with DEPT®’s international offices to maintain alignment and deliver high-quality services.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase client value and regularly evaluate team output.
  • Develop strategies and oversee campaigns for major clients.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
