Team Overview

This role sits within the EMEA Creative & Media team, a group of media professionals including Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists, Account Managers, Media Planners, and Marketing Automation Consultants. The team combines creative storytelling with performance-driven strategies and advanced technology to build digital experiences for clients such as Logitech, Just Eat Takeaway, Foot Locker, and Meta.

Role Overview

The Programmatic Lead shapes the vision for DEPT®’s programmatic team and drives business growth. This position guides clients through programmatic advertising, ensuring digital media procurement aligns with their marketing objectives across the funnel. The role involves both real-time bidding and guaranteed publisher deals, always focused on selecting the right channels for client goals.

What You Will Do

  • Design and deliver programmatic buying services for clients.
  • Take overall commercial responsibility for the team’s growth.
  • Set ambitious goals, develop strategies to reach them, and ensure client targets are met efficiently.
  • Lead and improve operational methods within the Programmatic team.
  • Work with DEPT®’s international offices to maintain alignment and deliver high-quality services.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase client value and regularly evaluate team output.
  • Develop strategies and oversee campaigns for major clients.
  • Analyze campaign results and translate them into clear, actionable insights for all levels of the organization.
