We are seeking a skilled Programmer Analyst to join our team, focusing on the Highline Personality/ePersonality (eP) and NextGen HRIS & Payroll applications. In this role, you will work both on the front-end and back-end to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with HR analysts and technicians to define, evaluate, and establish application configurations for eP, as well as working closely with payroll managers and staff to maintain payroll calendars and scheduled functions. You will manage and debug the GL interface from eP payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Additional responsibilities involve creating Crystal reports and utilizing Oracle BI Discoverer. Candidates with experience in Performance Series G/L accounting systems and familiarity with Unix programming (e.g., COBOL) are preferred. You will also assist with the Questica budgeting system, including interface development between finance/HR systems and Questica.
