A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and a minimum of two years of experience in community work or community-centered activities relevant to the responsibilities outlined above; or 2. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least six years of experience in community work or community-centered activities related to the duties described above; or 3. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience as described in "1" or "2" above, with all candidates required to have at least one year of experience as described in "1".

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with end users and team leads to analyze and evaluate business requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement applications and websites to streamline in-house business processes.
- Conduct testing, identify errors, and resolve issues within applications.
- Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and debugging of systems.
- Assist with software implementation by providing training and support to staff responsible for operating and maintaining the software/application.
- Analyze data to propose enhancements to existing systems or processes.
- Document system requirements and adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, to deliver code releases.
- Provide production support and maintain existing systems through research and troubleshooting of any issues.
