As a critical team member, you will collaborate with project stakeholders to improve project delivery and effectively communicate progress updates.
Responsibilities
- Direct the development and execution of project controls strategies and methodologies.
- Establish project baselines, ensuring compliance with project scope, timelines, and financial plans.
- Continuously evaluate project performance, generating comprehensive reports to inform stakeholders of updates and concerns.
- Identify project risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate potential challenges.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to streamline operations and promote a culture of ongoing improvement.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
