Key Responsibilities:
- Project Budget Management: Develop and uphold project budgets, baselines, and financial forecasts for significant and multi-year projects.
- Aggregate and reconcile budgets and forecasts according to various jurisdiction splits and funding sources.
- Cost Reporting and Analysis: Generate detailed reports for Project Managers and stakeholders to monitor expenditures and forecast costs effectively.
- Respond to data requests for major projects and programs.
- Risk Management: Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk register and assess necessary contingencies using methods such as Monte Carlo analysis.
- Research and Data Analysis: Conduct thorough research and data analysis in cost controls, preparing actionable insights for business decisions.
- Change Control and Contract Management: Assist in managing change controls and contract negotiations, ensuring accurate performance reporting using industry metrics.
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage with stakeholders to apply cost management and scheduling techniques, effectively communicating results.
- Project Controls Data Management: Prepare data requests and work papers to support governance, audits, and regulatory filings.
