Your Role:
You will tackle significant spatial investment projects, including the (re)development of sites and complex sustainability initiatives.
You will be responsible for establishing, preparing, and executing these projects, whether they involve sustainability, renovation, or new construction.
You will serve as the project owner for our internal and external partners and lead the planning team.
You will manage and provide advice on quality frameworks, financial guidelines, and the financial implications of the projects.
You will prepare necessary decision-making documents and accountability documentation.
Collaborating with fellow project managers, you will be responsible for developing and improving our work processes.
Taking an active role in achieving our organizational goals, you will work collaboratively with your colleagues while always keeping our tenants' interests in mind and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
