Your Responsibilities
As a Project Leader, you will organize, direct, and monitor one or more technical projects from start to finish. You will be engaged in electrical installations or fire alarm systems across various sectors including residential, utility, healthcare, and educational facilities.
Draft project plans and monitor progress.
Manage technicians, work preparers, and subcontractors.
Ensure quality, safety, and cost control.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and construction partners.
Identify and process variations in work.
Ensure installations comply with applicable standards.
Deliver accurate technical documentation.
Your role will involve working on-site and maintaining close communication with all parties involved. You will keep track of progress and ensure that commitments are met.
