What Will You Do?
As a Project Leader in Electrical Engineering, you will be responsible for successfully delivering medium to large utility projects.
You will lead the project team, monitor progress, and ensure that the project is technically, financially, and organizationally sound. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, partners, and internal colleagues, ensuring that everyone is aligned on the project's objectives.
A snapshot of your tasks:
You will oversee the preparation, execution, and delivery of electrical projects in the utility sector.
You will manage engineers, work preparers, and installers to ensure optimal collaboration within the project team.
You will develop project plans, budgets, and progress reports, monitoring them throughout the project lifecycle.
You will evaluate technical designs to ensure compliance with regulations and client specifications.
You will monitor costs, quality, safety, and profitability throughout the project.
You will maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
