Your Strengths and Requirements for Success:Holding a degree in engineering, ideally complemented by project management training, you possess 2 to 10 years of experience in project management within the railway sector. Throughout your career, you have developed in-depth skills in project planning. Ideally, you have previously held a comprehensive PMO role, encompassing the management of schedules, costs, resources, and project-related risks. You thrive in complex, multi-project environments and are accustomed to liaising with various professional disciplines.

Your Future Team:

Under the leadership of Sylvain, the Technical Manager at Assystem Project Management, you will become a vital part of our PMO teams.

Assystem Project Management is currently seeking a Project Management Officer (PMO) H/F with a background in the railway sector.

As a key liaison among project stakeholders, your responsibilities may include:

  • Establishing and monitoring project cost and schedule progress,
  • Implementing and maintaining the project's performance indicators and dashboards for project functions and roles,
  • Managing project risks and opportunities: identification, analysis, and prioritization, along with the execution of preventive actions,
  • Coordinating various project stakeholders and assisting the program manager in decision-making,
  • Facilitating effective communication within the project and managing change integration.
  • Providing methodological and organizational advice to project managers.
