Within our organization, we focus on Management & Maintenance and Projects, divided into various PMC's. And you? You will be the central figure in our project management processes.
Your Responsibilities:
As the Project Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the structure and manageability of our projects. You will ensure that processes are not only well-designed but also function effectively. From the tender phase to project completion, you will be the driving force behind:
Establishing, implementing, and enhancing project processes.
Coordinating these processes with process owners and our clients.
Managing the connections between processes and monitoring quality.
Training colleagues and ensuring that systems are properly configured.
Coaching your team within Project Management and creating a safe, professional work environment.
Evaluating work methods and supporting the project team where necessary.
Maintaining client relationships and ensuring transparent communication regarding progress, risks, and management measures.
Actively contributing to knowledge development and continuous improvement of our approach.
