Hours: Mon-Thurs 09:00 to 18:30 (17:30 in July), Fri 09:00 to 15:00 / Special summer hours.

Your Daily Routine?
360º Client Management: Leading daily presentations, managing proposals, and channeling feedback to ensure service excellence.
Team Coordination: Facilitating smooth communication between strategy, creativity, social media, and production departments to bring projects to life.
Operational and Financial Oversight: Overseeing budgets, invoicing, contracts, and monitoring the SOW (Statement of Work) to ensure profitability and timelines.
Strategic Business Insight: Proactively identifying growth opportunities within the account and recognizing new client needs.
Partner and Ecosystem Management: Negotiating and coordinating with external suppliers, influencer agencies, and other strategic partners of the client.
Execution Guardian: Strict control of always-on projects and special actions, ensuring everything happens on time, within budget, and to the agreed standards.
How Do We Envision You?
Experience: At least 3 years in team management within social media.
Digital Native: A genuine passion for social media, emerging trends, and new content formats.
Diplomacy Expert: With a lot of “soft skills”, patience, and flexibility to manage expectations and constructively resolve conflicts.
Hybrid Profile: With a blend of management and strategic insight to navigate the complexities of digital project execution.
