We currently have an opening for a Project Manager in Dallas, TX.

The Project Manager will oversee projects for the Building Group, including Multifamily and Commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with General Contractors, Project Owners, Subcontractors, and vendors to promote project success.
  • Act as the primary contact from the preconstruction phase through to project completion.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the project team comprehends their roles thoroughly.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Field Operations and Preconstruction, engaging in the implementation of the project plan.
  • Examine construction documents for inconsistencies and generate RFIs as needed.
  • Conduct detailed estimates based on revised construction documents and provide clear inclusions/exclusions.
  • Review and interpret specifications to grasp project requirements, addressing discrepancies with contract documents.
