Competencies:Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ancillary Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with GMU policies and procedures. Facilitate multi-vendor collaboration to achieve project goals. Additional Duties:Provide reporting dashboards to ITS leadership for informed decision-making.

ProSidian is actively seeking a dedicated Project Manager | Change and Transformation [GMU0010009] to join our Information Technology team on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role is essential for supporting the strategic delivery of Human Capital Solutions in the Government and Public Services Sector, specifically for Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

We are looking for candidates who possess relevant education and experience in the Education and Academia sector (both functional and technical expertise is highly desirable) to facilitate professional services engagement for clients such as George Mason University (GMU). This position is initially contingent on a contract basis (either IRS-1099 or W-2), with the potential for conversion to a full-time employment role with ProSidian.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, you will provide vital services and support within the Education and Academia Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients like George Mason University (GMU) and Information Technology Services (ITS). This role will primarily be based in CONUS - Fairfax VA and will span across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Your mission will be to drive effective change by analyzing needs, improving processes, managing projects, and empowering teams for success.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Lead IT projects from planning through execution and closure.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Track and manage risks, issues, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize GMU project management tools, such as TeamDynamix, for optimal project tracking.
