Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or military equivalent in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Real Estate, Finance, or Business Management, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Real Estate Broker's license and certifications such as PMP, LEED, or WELL Fitwel are preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Project, is required.

The Project Manager plays a critical role in overseeing individual, multi-disciplinary projects valued up to $50 million. This position involves providing expert project planning support and actively managing all facets of project execution. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with Senior Project Managers on larger, more complex projects to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough project needs assessments and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Assemble and maintain a skilled design and construction team.
  • Create and present implementation project plans, budgets, and timelines for approval.
  • Engage with all stakeholders, including development teams, brokers, clients, and contractors, to ensure project plans are effectively executed.
  • Deliver precise project management documentation and reporting, encompassing meeting minutes, budgets, schedules, and contracts.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to the established schedule.
  • Regularly update project schedules and budgets, presenting this information to clients and executives on a weekly basis.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of all metrics related to development and property management agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with development and leasing teams, project coordinators, and general contractors for successful project execution.
  • Contribute positively to team performance through proactive suggestions for system and process improvements.
  • Participate in internal and external development programs and seek mentorship for career advancement.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
