As a Project Manager within our Delivery Team in Sao Paulo, you will lead the deployment of Shift’s AI solutions for our global insurance clients. You will be the critical link between our technical teams and client stakeholders, ensuring that projects progress from initial planning to successful, scalable implementations. Your role is to proactively identify risks and cultivate strong relationships built on trust, ensuring our products provide tangible value across various markets. This hybrid role requires you to be in the office two days a week and is vital for fostering the collaborative spirit that drives our success at Shift.
What Your Impact Looks Like:
- Jump In & Get Things Done: Proactively manage project milestones and swiftly resolve blockers to maintain delivery timelines. Collaborate with our technical program management team to align product roadmaps with project plans and oversee the release process.
- Simplify the Complex: Effectively translate technical requirements and project plans into clear, accessible language for internal teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders.
- Decide with Data & EQ: Navigate complex client relationships by balancing hard project data with emotional intelligence, especially in high-pressure situations.
