Qualifications
Role Purpose: Take ownership of quality assurance, workforce planning, and training programs for AI training data delivery across multiple small projects or a single large strategic project. Enhance performance, compliance, and processes across various initiatives. Collaborate with the Senior Quality Analyst to ensure accountability for client outcomes and team performance. You will be responsible for scaling Generative AI data operations, driving improvements in performance, compliance, and processes across the project. Key Responsibilities:Quality Assurance: Oversee QA plans in collaboration with the Quality team (sampling, audits, acceptance criteria). Monitor defect risks, lead corrective actions, and ensure prevention of future occurrences. Workforce Planning: Predict capacity needs; schedule shifts and handoffs; coordinate with vendors and internal teams to achieve volume and turnaround targets. Training Programs: Develop and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities.
