Project Manager II – Systems & Process Optimization
Starting Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Your Responsibilities as Project Manager II – Systems & Process Optimization:
Plan and oversee multiple projects of moderate complexity, collaborating with cross-functional and cross-organizational teams to deliver pragmatic business and technology solutions.
- Lead mid-scale projects aimed at enhancing systems, optimizing workflows, and improving business processes across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in operations, supply chain, IT, engineering, finance, HR, and other functions to outline project scope, requirements, and success metrics.
- Develop and manage project plans, assess risks, maintain communications, and report progress.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design supporting enterprise-wide workflows.
- Coordinate testing, training, change management, and rollout activities to ensure seamless adoption.
- Monitor daily project activities, provide status updates to stakeholders and the project steering committee, assign responsibilities within project teams, and offer ongoing guidance.
- Ensure all project objectives are met within designated timelines and budgets.
