We are seeking a Project Manager (F/H) to assist our clients in the Banking, Finance, and Insurance sectors.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the functional oversight of projects, ensuring a seamless connection between business challenges and technical solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Needs Analysis and Scoping
- Gathering and formalizing the requirements of business teams.
- Translating functional requirements into detailed specifications and user stories.
- Analyzing the impact of changes on processes and information systems.
Project Management and Coordination
- Coordinating the activities of stakeholders (MOE, business teams, publishers, subcontractors).
- Organizing and facilitating project meetings (steering committees, operational committees, business workshops).
- Monitoring the project schedule, budget, and risks.
Functional Testing and Quality Assurance
- Developing test plans and testing strategies.
- Leading and executing testing phases (unit, functional, integration).
- Validating deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements.
Examples of concrete missions:
- Regulatory compliance for a banking institution (Know Your Customer, anti-money laundering).
- Redesigning a core banking system to enhance front-to-back operational efficiency.
- Digitizing the customer journey for an insurance or consumer credit product.
- Launching a new banking product (digital account, innovative payment platform).
- Merging information systems post-acquisition or reorganization.
