We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Project Management team as a Project Manager (Stages 5-9).
In this pivotal role, you will manage the interfaces between project development, planning, and construction execution, ensuring our projects are not just built but also embraced.
Location: Erfurt
Work Environment: 80% office-based and 20% travel
Start Date: June 2026 or by arrangement
Contract Type: Permanent, choose between part-time or full-time.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the interfaces between project development, planning, and construction execution.
Clarify, document, and communicate project objectives with all stakeholders.
Oversee project planning and monitoring.
Conduct handovers and acceptance processes with tenants and buyers.
Accompany site visits with authorities.
Perform pre-inspections for quality assurance.
Provide regular status reports to production management/executive management.
