Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a project management role with a mid-sized to large general contractor. Experience in water, wastewater, or bridge projects is highly desirable. A post-secondary degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field (a combination of education and experience is also acceptable). Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on approach to inspire and guide project teams from start to finish. Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset, confident and self-motivated to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Willingness to travel to project sites as necessary.

Project Manager – Municipal Infrastructure

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Oversee and manage all phases of critical infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure project accountability by managing budgets, costs, timelines, and delivering precise monthly forecasts.
  • Take charge of project delivery, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, designers, site superintendents, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Formulate project teams into effective workgroups and guide them in producing deliverables that meet established specifications.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team culture, with opportunities for career advancement while leading vital infrastructure projects that contribute to community development.
