Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution. Industry Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the midstream or utility sectors. Project Experience: Direct involvement with meter stations, interconnects, and small-diameter pipelines is highly desirable. Client Interaction: Proven ability to manage customer-driven projects requiring high levels of communication. Multi-Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of multiple smaller projects at varying stages of development simultaneously. Soft Skills: Self-starter with a hands-on approach, comfortable collaborating with field technicians and executive leadership. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office (Project/Excel); experience with AutoCAD or hydraulic modeling software (e.g., ProMax, Synergi) is a plus. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% of the time to project sites for kick-offs, tie-ins, construction oversight, and commissioning activities.

Join WhiteWater Midstream as a Project Manager where you will provide expert project management and technical support for capital projects valued between $1 million and $10 million. This pivotal role focuses on the development and management of natural gas meter stations and small-diameter lateral pipelines. Given the reimbursable nature of these projects, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in cost transparency, effective client communication, and efficient project execution from initiation through to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee projects from initial scope definition to construction, commissioning, and asset integration.
  • Cost Documentation: Maintain detailed records for reimbursable projects to facilitate accurate billing and compliance with client audits.
  • Project Oversight: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring precise cost estimates and Authorizations for Expenditure.
  • Technical Specifications: Conduct sizing and specification for meter runs, valves, filters, and piping components.
  • Procurement Leadership: Direct the procurement of materials and manage the bidding process for third-party construction contractors.
  • Contractual Evaluation: Review construction contracts and agreements to ensure clarity of scope and mitigate risks.
  • Progress Reporting: Facilitate weekly progress meetings and prepare regular status reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
