Join WhiteWater Midstream as a Project Manager where you will provide expert project management and technical support for capital projects valued between $1 million and $10 million. This pivotal role focuses on the development and management of natural gas meter stations and small-diameter lateral pipelines. Given the reimbursable nature of these projects, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in cost transparency, effective client communication, and efficient project execution from initiation through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Project Management: Oversee projects from initial scope definition to construction, commissioning, and asset integration.
- Cost Documentation: Maintain detailed records for reimbursable projects to facilitate accurate billing and compliance with client audits.
- Project Oversight: Develop and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring precise cost estimates and Authorizations for Expenditure.
- Technical Specifications: Conduct sizing and specification for meter runs, valves, filters, and piping components.
- Procurement Leadership: Direct the procurement of materials and manage the bidding process for third-party construction contractors.
- Contractual Evaluation: Review construction contracts and agreements to ensure clarity of scope and mitigate risks.
- Progress Reporting: Facilitate weekly progress meetings and prepare regular status reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
