Join Boskalis Subsea Services as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager in Aberdeen and make a significant impact by leading complex projects that vary in scale, technical challenge, and innovation. This role is vital in our Subsea Services division, which focuses on Inspection, Repair, and Maintenance (IRM), Decommissioning, and Construction using advanced Saturation Diving Support Vessels (DSVs) and Construction Support Vessels (CSVs), employing both diving and diverless methods.
As we expand our fleet and operations, your expertise will be essential in delivering large-scale projects that meet client and corporate expectations, overseeing critical deliverables such as Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ), budget management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
You will report directly to the Projects Director.
Your Responsibilities as Project Manager/Senior Project Manager
- Establish and oversee project control structures, managing budgets, risks, and opportunities to optimize profitability.
- Plan and direct the safe execution of projects in strict adherence to our Business Management System (BMS) and contractual obligations, while maximizing the efficient use of resources.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate your project team’s performance.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities.
- Conduct problem analyses and devise innovative solutions for complex project plans, translating these into actionable operational plans.
- Contribute to project management aspects during the tender phase.
- Develop and implement (inter) departmental policies, procedures, and processes.
- Manage stakeholder relations and prepare progress and project close-out reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
