Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee contracts, service agreements, and projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the organization and with external partners to effectively plan and coordinate project delivery.
- Manage project parameters including scope, timelines, quality, objectives, and deliverables, aligning them with business goals in partnership with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor a comprehensive Project Schedule and Cost Performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively manage changes to project scope, with a strong emphasis on Change Management.
- Create and maintain a Risk Register to identify potential risks early, along with mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate regular Project Status Meetings with clients.
- Conduct Executive Steering Meetings with clients and internal Executive Sponsors.
- Mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, fostering accountability and proactive engagement.
- Establish and nurture essential business relationships critical to project success, both internally and externally.
- Exhibit a proactive attitude towards learning about software/hardware and their implementation processes.
- Regularly set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirement documentation, issue logs, action item registers, and presentations as necessary.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and tools for project management and execution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to compile recommendations and identify best practices and lessons learned.
- Experience with Requirement Compliance Matrix management is required.
