Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to client HSE, Quality, and technical standards
- Oversee daily project performance, including engineering schedules, cost management, invoicing, and forecasting
- Manage client-specific goals and KPIs to ensure targets are met
- Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) focusing on commercial accuracy and project metrics
- Facilitate planning and technical reviews to support offshore mobilization efforts
- Collaborate closely with EnerMech offshore/site teams regarding operations and maintenance activities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in managing subsea pipeline pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilicals, dewatering)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle complex project timelines
- Proven ability to identify challenges proactively and provide effective solutions
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical/project management field
- Experience with offshore and/or international projects is highly desirable
- 5-10 years of experience in Commercial/Technical Project Management
